- 1 fresh cucumber thinly sliced
- 1 lime cut into wedges or slices
- 2 tsp maple syrup optional, or adjust to taste
- 1 liter cold filtered or bottled water
- A handful of ice cubes for serving
- A few fresh mint leaves for serving
Thinly slice the cucumber.
Cut the lime into wedges or rounds.
Add cucumber, lime, and maple syrup to a large pitcher.
Pour in the cold water and stir gently.
Chill in the fridge if desired.
Just before serving, add fresh mint and ice.
