- 1 ripe banana
- 1 large strawberry or 2 medium, hulled
- 400 ml milk dairy or plant-based
- 1 tbsp maple syrup optional, adjust to taste
- 1 tsp chia seeds optional
Peel the banana and hull the strawberry. Place both into a blender.
Add the maple syrup and chia seeds, if using.
Pour milk over the fruit mixture.
Blend for 30–60 seconds until creamy and well combined.
Pour into a glass and enjoy immediately. Add a fresh strawberry or mint for decoration if desired.
You can use frozen strawberries or bananas for a thicker, colder texture.
