Easy Strawberry Banana Milkshake Without Ice Cream

Ingredients
  

  • 1 ripe banana
  • 1 large strawberry or 2 medium, hulled
  • 400 ml milk dairy or plant-based
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup optional, adjust to taste
  • 1 tsp chia seeds optional

Instructions
 

  • Peel the banana and hull the strawberry. Place both into a blender.
  • Add the maple syrup and chia seeds, if using.
  • Pour milk over the fruit mixture.
  • Blend for 30–60 seconds until creamy and well combined.
  • Pour into a glass and enjoy immediately. Add a fresh strawberry or mint for decoration if desired.

Notes

You can use frozen strawberries or bananas for a thicker, colder texture.
Maple syrup is optional — omit for a low-sugar version or adjust to your taste.
Chia seeds add fiber and omega-3s but can be skipped.
Try oat, almond, or soy milk for a dairy-free version.
