Crispy Cottage Cheese Breakfast Wraps with Strawberries and Banana

These crispy cottage cheese breakfast wraps are filled with strawberries, banana, and apricots, then toasted until golden and crunchy. A quick and easy breakfast or sweet snack that feels like a café-style treat at home.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 large sheet lavash bread or 3 flour tortillas
  • 100 g cottage cheese
  • 2 apricots diced
  • ½ banana diced
  • 3 strawberries diced

For serving:

  • powdered sugar to taste
  • maple syrup to taste

Optional:

  • honey
  • Greek yogurt
  • sugar-free syrup

Instructions
 

  • Dice the apricots, banana, and strawberries into small pieces.
  • Add the fruit to a bowl with 100 g cottage cheese and mix well.
  • Cut 1 large sheet of lavash into 6 strips about 13 cm (5 inches) wide and 25 cm (10 inches) long.
  • Place a spoonful of filling near one end of each strip.
  • Fold into triangles and seal the edge by tucking it in or lightly brushing with water.
  • Heat a dry pan over medium heat.
  • Place the wraps seam-side down and cook until golden and crispy.
  • Flip and cook the other side until evenly golden.
  • Serve warm with powdered sugar and maple syrup.

Notes

Cut the fruit into small pieces for easier folding.
Don't overfill the wraps or they may open while cooking.
Seal the edge well to keep the filling inside.
Cook in a dry pan for the crispiest texture.
Best enjoyed warm and freshly made.
